clientsAfter you signed in successfully, an overview of all existing projects is displayed to you. To access the general administration of your account, click the orange welcome button in the upper right corner of your browser. A dropdown menu should appear. Click Administration to access the general administration of your account. In the left navigation of the administration, click Clients. A hierarchical list of all existing clients is presented to you. Clients can be used to regulate the access to specific projects. You may assign a project to a client so that only users of this client will have access to this project. Any client may have an unlimited amount of subordinated clients. Click the grey plus sign in the upper right corner of your browser to add a new client. With each client a blue pencil and a red trash can are provided for editing and deleting. To show or hide all child clients, use the plus and minus sign in the upper right corner of your browser.

 

With each client the following settings are available:

Name: The client's name.

Description: A short description of the client.

 

Description: You may enter comments and notes about this client.

 

Contact Person: The name of the designated contact person of this client.

E-Mail: The contact person's e-mail address.

Phone: The contact person's phone number.

Mobile: The contact person's mobile phone number.

Fax: The contact person's fax number.

 

Company: The client's company name.

Street: The street name and number of the client's company.

Zip: The zip code of the client's company.

City: The city of the client's company.

Country: The country of the client's company.

E-Mail: The e-mail address of the client's company.

Phone: The phone number of the client's company.

Fax: The fax number of the client's company.

 

How to add a new client:

1. In the general administration go to Clients.

2. Click the grey plus sign add in the upper right corner of your browser.

3. Fill out the form displayed in the dialogue.

4. Click Save.

 

How to change a client's parent:

1. In the general administration go to Clients.

2. Find the client you wish to modify in the hierarchical list of clients.

3. Click the building icon hierarchy next to the client's name and hold the mouse button down.

4. Pull the client to it's new parent until you see it subordinate itself to the new parent.

5. Release the mouse button.

 

How to edit a client:

1. In the general administration go to Clients.

2. Find the client you wish to edit in the hierarchical list of clients.

3. Click the blue pencil edit next to the client.

4. Enter your changes in the dialogue's form.

5. Click Save.

 

How to delete a client:

1. In the general administration go to Clients.

2. Find the client you wish to delete in the hierarchical list of clients.

3. Click the red trash can delete next to the client.

4. Confirm your decision to delete this client by clicking OK.
